Thom is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist whose performances have taken him from London’s biggest theatres to luxury stages at sea. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama for 6 years achieving a Master of Music with Distinction. He was also awarded the prestigious Simon Clarkson Award, recognising him as the best all-round musician of the college.

Renowned for his versatility, Thom plays over 50 instruments, specialising in saxophones, flutes and clarinet. His dynamic programmes blend classical mastery with flair, creating a concert experience that is both virtuosic and accessible for audiences of all backgrounds.

Currently performing in The Great Gatsby at the London Coliseum, Thom’s theatre credits also include Disney’s Aladdin (UK Tour), The Wizard of Oz (UK Tour), and Pippin and Little Dancer in Concert at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Beyond the theatre, he has appeared at iconic venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Wales Millennium Centre and St David’s Hall, Cardiff.

Thom’s career, although still in its early years, has already taken him around the world. He brings the flavours and influences of his travels to every performance, transforming the stage into a journey of sound and culture. Audiences can expect unique productions, combining his award-winning orchestration with innovative arrangements and dazzling multi-instrumentalism – shows they have never seen before.
