Rhiannon's musical journey started at a young age as a choirgirl soloist, where she had the incredible opportunity to sing for Pope John Paul II at the Vatican. Her talent and passion for singing led her to the renowned London's West End, where she performed in her early teens.
At the age of 17, Rhiannon competed in the Miss Wales pageant, winning the Public’s Vote and showcasing her captivating stage presence.
Rhiannon’s dedication to her craft led her to pursue higher education at one of the UK’s top conservatoires, the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). During her studies, she had the privilege of studying one-on-one with Pavarotti’s vocal coach in Italy, further refining her exceptional vocal abilities. Continuing her quest for musical excellence, Rhiannon continued her studies at the prestigious Wales International Academy of Voice, which had Dame Kiri Te Kanawa as its patron.
During her time as a student, Rhiannon’s talent caught the attention of Decca Records, leading her to become one of the four finalists in their search for emerging Welsh recording stars. This exciting journey was documented in a six-part television series called “Llais i Gymru: A Voice for Wales.” Alongside her television appearances, Rhiannon performed at top venues across the UK and even recorded a demo at Universal Studios London, showcasing her versatility and potential as a recording artist.
For the past eight years, Rhiannon has taken her talents to the high seas, entertaining audiences around the world as a professional performer. Her captivating voice, stage presence, and dedication to her craft have allowed her to create memorable musical experiences for audiences on cruise ships.
