Laurence Murray

Laurence Murray is a versatile and energetic Guitar Entertainer with fifteen years of professional experience.

Laurence studied Popular Music for four years at Edinburgh Napier University – performing and touring in multiple bands and ensembles before embarking on a career as a solo artist.

Laurence’s cruise career has seen him perform as part of “The Vitos” duo and trio on board Disney Cruise Line from 2016-2019 prior to joining Viking Ocean as a solo Guitar Entertainer. Laurence has completed five separate six month contracts on board Viking Ocean including opening new ships “Viking Venus” and “Viking Saturn”, whilst also completing a world cruise onboard Viking Neptune from Los Angeles to London in 2023-2024.

Laurence’s repertoire is varied and dynamic having performed to younger guests and families on board Disney Cruise Line and more mature guests on board Viking Ocean. His setlist spans from the 1950s to present day hits and he performs tailored sets for specific venues depending on the vibe and clientele. Laurence is known to socialise with guests prior to and post performance and has become accustomed to taking requests on demand whilst performing onboard Viking Ocean.
