Electrifying violinist Emilio Ibarra redefines the live music experience!

Emilio Ibarra is an accomplished Mexican violinist with over a decade of professional experience. His musical journey began at Monterrey’s musical education center, where he developed his foundational skills and a deep passion for the violin. Since 2016, Emilio has been a vital member of the Youth Philharmonic of Nuevo León, where he currently serves as the assistant concertmaster, showcasing his technical prowess and leadership in orchestral performance.

Between 2017 and 2022, Emilio was the concertmaster of the University of Monterrey’s chamber ensemble, performing in numerous concerts and mentoring fellow musicians, which solidified his reputation as a committed and skilled performer. Transitioning into freelance work in 2023, Emilio expanded his presence as a solo violinist, offering his expertise for a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. His captivating performances quickly garnered attention for their quality and musical depth.

In the summer of 2024, Emilio accepted the role of resident violinist at a luxury restaurant in Monterrey, where he continues to deliver weekly 30–45-minute sets that are celebrated for their consistency and artistry. His versatility shines through in his ability to perform across multiple genres on both acoustic and electric violin, making each performance a memorable experience for his audience. Emilio has also performed in chamber groups—duos, trios, and quartets—and has led the Youth Philharmonic of Nuevo León as a conductor, underscoring his commitment to his craft and his community.
